San Diego, CA - Feb. 14th, 2008 - Has it already been a year? With images (and video) of the Boulder meet still fresh in my mind, sea level flats of San Diego stand in stark contrast to the muddy high altitude course. I am certain the course will serve as sweet reprisal for those who suffered at the hands of Buffalo alumni and last year's other XC studs.

Coverage for this weekend's World XC Trials will begin Friday night when I will post a video reporting on this year's Distance Summit. Race footage and interviews will all be posted Saturday in as timely a fashion as current technology will allow.

This is, once again, a call for interview requests. We've already had several that were left as comments on this World XC Trials event page and I will take as many as you can throw at me and will do my best to find everyone at the meet.

This weekend is shaping up to be another thrilling National XC Championship race! See you in San Diego!
